The following information relates to the “Privacy Policy” under which individuals seeking employment and career information (“Candidates” and/or “Job Seekers”), and employers (“Employers”) and recruitment companies (“Recruiters”) seeking employees may use the Site. Users of this Site are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Users” and individually as the “User”.
By accessing or using the Site, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user, partner, or customer of the Site.
Subject to this Privacy Policy, the Company gives the User the non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and view the Site and the Content for the User’s own personal, non-commercial use.
By accessing or using the Site, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”), whether or not you are a registered User.

Personal data provided by Candidates, Employers and Recruiters may be used by the Company to notify the user of any news, and or promotional offers relating only to the Site and its’ related services. The user can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time.
The Company or the Site will not disclose user personal data that is not included as part of the Employer or Recruiter job posting, Employer or Recruiter Profile or the Candidates Details or Resume to any third-party with the exception that we may share information with third-party providers who support the operation of the Site — including hosting, analytics, CRM tools, customer service platforms, and email systems. These providers only access your information as needed to perform services on our behalf.
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have collected personal data from a minor, please contact us so we can remove it promptly.
Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
When you create an account, post a job, apply for a role, or contact us through the site, we may collect personal details such as your name, email address, phone number, business name (if applicable), and any other information you choose to provide.

If you decide to post your resume on the Site, the information you provide in your public resume, along with your name and contact information you provide as part of your registration, may be accessible by Employers and Recruiters who are provided with access to the resume database. You should carefully consider what information you provide in your resume and what information you choose to make publicly accessible to Employers and Recruiters. The Company is not responsible for Employers and Recruiters who may disclose this information to 3rd parties without the Sites knowledge or consent.
If you apply for a job, the information you submit will be shared with the relevant employer.
For Employers and Recruiters;
The Company will not provide, rent, sell or otherwise release any of the information you have provided to us unless required by law, except:
The information you provide in your job postings, company profile, business details and the contact information you choose to include, will be viewable by anyone who visits the Site and should be considered “public” information. This information will also be visible on other sites which may include but not limited to; Search Engines, Job Aggregators, Job Search Sites, Partner Sites and other non-Company owned websites.
How We Use the Information We Collect

Security and Storage of Data
