About Island Gold District: Alamos Gold’s Island Gold District will become one of the largest and lowest-cost gold mines in Canada. With the two mines within the district, Island Gold and Magino employ over 900 team members who work in the underground and open pit operations and are located in northern Ontario, just east of the town of Dubreuilville, 83 kilometres northeast of Wawa. Office Management
- Oversee office administration.

Financial Support
- Assist with budget preparation.

Record Keeping
- Maintain organized digital and physical files.
- Update databases.
Communication Coordination
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communications.

- Record meeting minutes.
Meeting & Event Logistics
- Schedule meetings and events.
- Prepare agendas and arrange logistics.
- Manage travel and accommodations.
Staff Support, Onboarding & Reporting
- Provide administrative assistance.
- Support onboarding processes.
- Coordinate technology and equipment needs.
- Compile data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Qualifications/Skills
- Minimum 5 years in administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

This is a site based role at Alamos Gold, Island Gold District. The job is offered on a 4 day on 3 day off rotation.
